About Hudson Whiskey Four Grain Bourbon

Hudson Four Grain Bourbon is an artisanal bourbon whiskey produced in small batches at the Tuthilltown Distillery in Gardiner, New York.

Four Grain gets its name from the four grains used in its production—corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. Hudson utilizes a whole grain fermentation method to yield full flavors, and ages the raw spirits in tiny 2-gallon casks to speed up the maturation process.

During aging, the whiskey is gently agitated by playing music through heavy bass speakers. After aging for up to four years, the small batch bourbon is bottled at 92 proof in individually numbered bottles.

Hudson Four Grain Bourbon exhibits smooth, delicate flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, oak and praline.

In 2013, Four Grain received a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

About Hudson Whiskey Single Malt

Hudson Single Malt is a hand-crafted American whiskey produced in the tradition of Scottish and Irish whiskies. It is made by Tuthilltown Spirits in Gardiner, New York.

Single Malt is distilled from 100% whole ground malted barley. Tuthilltown’s distillers then place the liquor in very small American Oak barrels, which accelerates and intensifies the aging process, imparting the unique characteristics of new oak over a period of five months to two years.

Bottled at 92 proof, Hudson Single Malt is the color of light caramel, and has sweet, woody aromas and smooth, delicate flavors.

In 2013, Single Malt earned Silver Medals at both the Craft Spirits International Competition and International Wine & Spirit Competition.

About Hudson New York Corn Whiskey

Hudson New York Corn Whiskey is a clear, unaged American corn whiskey from Tuthilltown Spirits in New York’s Hudson Valley.

There is only one ingredient in New York Corn Whiskey: corn. Using corn that is grown within a 10-mile radius of the distillery, Tuthilltown makes a corn mash which is double-distilled and bottled at 92 proof. No flavors or sugars are added, and the whiskey isn’t charcoal or chill-filtered.

The result is a creamy, colorless corn whiskey with aromas of buttered popcorn and flavors of sweet corn and cereal.

Hudson New York Corn Whiskey was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 2012 International Wine & Spirit Competition, and a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition the same year.

In addition to being sold in unaged form, the whiskey is also used as the base for other Hudson products, including their renowned Baby Bourbon.

About Hudson Whiskey Manhattan Rye

Hudson Manhattan Rye is an award-winning rye whiskey handcrafted in New York’s Hudson Valley by Tuthilltown Spirits.
