Like all rums of its kind, St. George Spirits California Reserve Agricole Rum is made from fresh cane juice, not molasses. They source their sugarcane from Southern California's Imperial Valley, and ferment the pressed juice before distillation in their 500-liter copper pot still. The resulting product is fresh, grassy, and a sterling example of American rum made in the French Caribbean tradition. The reserve bottling is aged for four years in French oak casks.
