Annual Wethersfield Tasting Showcases Brands
Sammy’s Buy-Rite Liquors, in collaboration with the Wethersfield Volunteer Fire Department, hosted the annual Wethersfield Volunteer Fire Department Beer & Wine Tasting at the William J. Pitkin Community Center in Wethersfield on March 27. Representatives from local distributors and suppliers, along with Fire Department volunteers, poured a variety of fine wine, spirits and craft beer selections for guests. A portion of the proceeds benefited the Wethersfield Volunteer Firefighters Association Scholarship Fund.
